• cold plastic working - such as die shearing, stamping (incl. deep drawing), dragging on the automatic vertical and horizontal presses;

• machining - in the field of turning, milling, grinding (of planes, rollers, and holes) cutting etc.

Our company has great experience and knowledge in the field of the production of thin- walled thimbles and bushes together with a simultaneous forming of the shape of a neck, web etc.

For the production we use:

• metal strips or strakes of non- ferrous metals incl. copper, brass, aluminum, carbon steel and chromium- nickel steel - cold plastic working

• rollers, bars, tubes of non- ferrous metals and steel - machining

Tools and instrumentation made on the base of own technical background or entrusted are used for the production.
